U.S. Shipping Information
Shipping is only $5.95 no matter how large the order. Continental U.S. ORDERS ONLY. We only offer $5.95 shipping to the Continental United States. Expect to receive your order within 7-14 days depending on demand.
International Shipping
International shipping charges are flat rate $15.00, and you must select international shipping on the checkout page or your order will not be processed.
Return Authorization Required
You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be sent back to you with no refund offered and the cost of return shipping charged to you.
What is the refund policy?
All requests for a refund must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. NO refund will be issued after 30 days. There are no refunds at all on any custom made and/or personalized merchandise.
What if I got the wrong item?
If we made a mistake we sincerely apologize and ask that you please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have the situation resolved quickly.
How do I receive a full refund on an order?
We do not offer full refunds. There is a 20% transaction fee charge to cover shipping costs, shipping supplies and restocking inventory. All products should be returned in like new condition.
Limitation of liability: A product will be replaced if defective in manufacture or packaging. Except for such replacement, this product is sold without warranty or liability even though defect, damage, or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Replacement of the product is the only remedy for a defective product.
